The service is designed to ensure visibility and correlation of security events as well as providing specialist support in the face of anomalies encountered, configuring itself as a powerful tool for security intelligence. It is also a valid support for compliance with the GDPR (EU Reg. 2016/679).
The service allows to quickly identify “End-User Suffering” starting from perceived performance problems and searching for root causes.
Lion® Traffic Shaping
The service allows you to manage the traffic of applications through prioritization policies and allows you to have a qualitative, as well as quantitative, view of network traffic and its distribution, in order to ensure the availability and response time of critical applications.
Lion® Wan Optimization
The service is able to significantly improve WAN performance in distributed network environments, increasing application performance and reducing traffic, in order to ensure superior performance for applications of greater interest to the business.
Lion® Security Dynamic
The service includes change management, firmware / software upgrades and problem determination on the Customer’s security infrastructure: Firewall, VPN Concentrator, IDS, IPS, ADS, Mail Security Gateway, Web Security and Web Content.
Lion® Network Dynamic
The service includes network infrastructure management activities: daily operations such as change management, firmware / software upgrades and problem determination do not burden the customer’s IT structure but are completely taken over by NOC / SOC professionals.
The service is characterized by real-time monitoring and troubleshooting, in order to support customers in the complete management of their infrastructure, day and night, 7 days a week.
